Maryland Handgun Wear & Carry Permit Program

Hafer’s Gunsmithing is happy to host the next session of the Maryland Handgun Wear and Carry Permit Training program which kicks off on Saturday January 16th, at 9:00am with instructor Tim Gargana. This class will be held at North American Rod and Gun Club, Hagerstown MD.  This is a 2 day program, with day two TBD by participants on day 1. We provide all the required classroom and live fire range time and provide you detailed and individual assistance with the completion of the application. Our staff assists you during the entire process. This very successful program fills quickly, please stop by the shop for registration and details. Cost per student is $295.00

**Maryland Handgun Wear & Carry Permit RENEWAL Program cost is $195.

Developing a Personal Protection Plan
Self Defense Firearm Basics

The Legal Use of Force

Basic and Advanced Skills and Tactics

This program also includes the required live fire firearm qualification as required by Maryland statute. Students may use their own firearm for live fire qualification or arrangements can be made for instructor to provide a firearm for you. 50 rounds of factory ammo required.
