Utah Concealed Firearm Permit Program

Utah Concealed Carry Classes include ALL REQUIRED elements such as fingerprints, photos, and paperwork. Our courses are presented by NRA and Utah BCI certified instructors. The fee for this program is $120. Student must also include $62 to Utah when submitting the application.

Course Description:
The Utah Concealed Carry Permit Course is a 4 hour course that consists of classroom training only. NO LIVE FIRE AND NO QUALIFICATION! This course is conducted in our facility.

The Utah Concealed Carry Permit allows the permit holder to carry their firearm concealed in any of the 31 listed reciprocating states. (These states may change at any time. It is up to the individual permit holder to check the Utah’s Bureau of Criminal Identification’s website for an updated list. http://publicsafety.utah.gov/bci/FAQother.html)

This permit currently DOES NOT allow the permit holder to carry their firearm in Maryland, but it would allow them to carry in many of Maryland’s surrounding states and many more.

Photos
A Photo-Copy of your Drivers License.
All State Required Instruction including:
Basic firearm mechanics & operation
Concealed Carry Ammunition overview
Different types of Concealed Carry firearms
CCW General firearm safety
Utah Legal instruction including Justifiable Force, Citizen’s Arrest, Reciprocity, Firearm transport, etc
Escalation of Force
Criminal & Civil Liability

The student will also receive a complete course overview and current Utah firearm regulations on a flash drive. Currently the Utah CCW Permit is the MOST HONORED permit in all the nation, valid in 33 states and counting.
